A chronic pain workshop specifically to help those who have been in pain a long time understand what pain is, explore the role of the brain and more importantly reveal the remarkable ability we all have to rewire the brain and change our experience of pain
If you have been in pain a long time I appreciate you may feel like there is nothing that can provide you with that relief you crave and you have resigned yourself to a life of pain and discomfort, you may be skeptical that I can offer you anything you haven’t heard of before.
But what if you could be free of it? The truth is it is likely that you can be, in fact the longer you have had the pain the easier it is to remove it. I have successfully work with many clients to free them from long term persistent pain.
In this workshop I will reveal how strange pain is and how understanding pain can often be the key to freedom from the effects of pain. In exploring the role of the brain in pain I will reveal how we all have the remarkable ability to retrain our brain and how you can change your experience of pain.
